1. Refund Policy

At CodeCL, we value customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our public relations services, we follow a limited refund policy.

1.1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for PR services, consultation, media placements, or campaign execution are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered, in part or full.

1.2. Refund Eligibility
  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • Payment made but service not rendered due to internal issues.
  • Service not delivered and cancellation requested within 24 hours of payment (before any work begins).
1.3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Payment receipt/transaction ID
  • Reason for refund
1.4. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., PhonePe). Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway.

1.5. Failed Transactions

In case of a failed PhonePe transaction where money was deducted but not confirmed, PhonePe’s system will initiate a refund. If not received within 5 business days, contact us.
