5. Intellectual Property
   All content, strategies, and deliverables created by CodeCL remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
   We are not responsible for third-party failures, such as those caused by PhonePe, media platforms, or unforeseen technical issues.
7. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes shall be governed by Indian laws and resolved under the jurisdiction of Kochi, India.
